2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data required to make it available, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, your browser and your operating system. This processing is intended to provide the website securely and reliably. The stated legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted when it is no longer needed to provide the website securely, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

An agreement on data processing has been concluded with the hosting provider.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email, I process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The form collects your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your concern and an optional note before I reply. The form does not store messages in the WordPress database; it sends them to kontakt@authent-therapie.de. Messages are deleted once the enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The information is processed to respond to your enquiry. If you choose to share health information, please do not send detailed reports or sensitive information through the form. If you choose to provide health information, the consent given through the form also covers its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Online sessions

I use Zoom Pro for online sessions. Zoom is not embedded on this website; it is used for scheduled video sessions. As part of your participation, Zoom processes personal data to provide the session. You will receive information about the video service and data processing before support begins.

5. Social media links and external content

This website contains links to Instagram and LinkedIn. Social media feeds are not embedded. A connection to the relevant provider is made only when you click a link; the provider’s own privacy information applies to any subsequent processing.

6. Cookies, analytics and font files

The theme does not load analytics or marketing services, maps, videos or external font files. The theme’s font files are loaded locally.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
