PROCESS & FEES
From first contact to working together
Here you can find the main steps from first contact to support, and what we clarify together before beginning.
Online
Support takes place by video call.
Individual
We agree on the content and scope together, in response to your concerns.
Clear & open
Before we begin, we discuss openly what scope of support is possible and what costs may arise.
THE PROCESS
Step by step
The steps below give you an overview of how support can begin and what you can expect.
01
Get in touch
To start, you can tell me in a few sentences what is on your mind. You do not need to explain everything in detail in your first message.
02
Getting to know each other
We talk about your questions and concerns. Together, we consider whether my services could support you.
03
Planning together
If we decide to work together, we agree on the goals, pace and scope of support.
FEES
Fees and scope
Fees depend on the service and the agreed scope of support. Before we begin, I will discuss the specific costs with you. A price overview will be added to this website shortly.
GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently asked questions
How can I find out which service may be helpful?
In our first exchange, we can talk about your concerns and consider together which service might support you.
Do I need an autism diagnosis?
No, a formal diagnosis is not required. You can also get in touch if you have questions about autism, think you may be on the autism spectrum, or are looking for orientation after a diagnosis.
Do you provide autism assessments?
No, I do not provide autism assessments. I can support you if questions arise after a diagnosis or if you would like to explore autism and your understanding of yourself.
Why does support take place online?
Online sessions offer flexibility: you can join from a place where you feel as comfortable as possible. You can adjust the lighting, sound and other sensory input yourself. Together, we can discuss whether online support is suitable for your needs.
What happens in an online session?
Sessions take place by video on a secure platform. You will receive all the information you need beforehand. You will need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. A place with few interruptions may be helpful. If using the camera or making eye contact feels difficult, we can find a solution together.
How long does a session last?
An initial conversation takes around 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions can be 45, 70 or 90 minutes, depending on your concerns and the agreed scope. We can discuss beforehand what duration would be helpful. If needed, we can also agree on an individual arrangement.
Can I get in touch in writing?
Yes. You can make first contact using the form or by email. A few lines about what is on your mind are enough. There is no need for a phone call.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled clearly. We discuss the exact arrangements before we begin working together.
How are fees agreed?
Fees reflect your concerns and the agreed scope of support. Before we begin, I will discuss the specific costs with you.
Can the youth or social welfare office cover the cost?
I do not currently have a service agreement with youth or social welfare offices. Whether cost coverage is possible depends on the requirements of the responsible office and your individual circumstances. If you are considering applying for cost coverage, I would be glad to discuss what information may be helpful when contacting the responsible office.
