A space for understanding, guidance and growth
Online autism therapy for young people and adults
Professionally grounded support that takes your perspective seriously. Together, we look at what may bring relief and what could feel right in your everyday life — without additional pressure to adapt.

SERVICES
Support that begins with what matters to you
What is on your mind right now? What takes energy — and what might make everyday life a little easier? There is no fixed process that has to work the same way for everyone. Autistic experiences are individual. Together, we look at what may be behind the strain and what support could be genuinely helpful in everyday life.

ABOUT
Psychological expertise and years of experience in autism support
I’m Tamara, and I studied psychology. For several years, I have supported autistic young people and adults. My work is structured and warm, and I take seriously the individual meaning behind a person’s experiences and behaviour.
MY APPROACH
Support without pressure to adapt
Your perspective guides the work. Together, we explore individual approaches that feel right and can be put into practice in your everyday life.
No need to perform
The aim is not to meet expectations or fit into rigid patterns.
At your pace
We take our lead from what you need right now and what you would like to change.
Useful in everyday life
We develop steps that reflect your life and what is possible for you.
